Guild Policies and Expectations
• The Golden Rule is the primary rule in T7K. Under no circumstance should any members of our Guild harass or abuse other members. This includes verbal abuse, begging, ninja looting, or just being such a pain or annoyance that people put you on ignore. Fighting or verbally abusing anyone in guild chat at anytime is grounds for immediate dismissal.
• The Golden Rule is always in effect, even when you are not dealing with Guild members. Everywhere you go, and in everything you do in game, you represent T7K. Act like it, and be polite, professional, and helpful. If you are not on board with this or cannot do it, this is not the Guild for you.
• Any solicitation for money or items in guild chat is strictly prohibited. Offering items for free in guild chat is okay but requests like "Can someone lend me XX gold for _____" is not appropriate for guild chat.
• ALL NEW MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 45 DAY TRIAL PERIOD. This is to ensure you are a good fit for us, and that we are a good fit for you. You can be uninvited at any time during this period.
• This is an RP server. While we are not a strict RP guild, we do expect that you will respect the rules of the server. Names like "Harrybuttkrak', 'Coolkilla" and 'Cheerios' are unacceptable. At least make an effort to be somewhat fantasy related.
• You are 100% responsible for your account. Using excuses such as "but that was my brother playing me" for violations of these policies will not be accepted.
• Please keep guild chat and all other public channels on a PG-13 rating until 8:30P SERVER (8:30 Central). Please be respectful of other player’s faith, beliefs, values, ethnicity, etc. and who might be offended by your statements. Common sense goes a long way. There are young people in channel, some as young as 11. These members are the children of our members, please be respectful of this before 8:30PM.
• Guild chat is not a place to hash out your social issues with other members. Don't do it, take it to private chat.
• When you are in a PUG (pick up group) or Raid with non Guild members, remember you are representing our guild. Failure to follow our rules including training raids, foul language, abusive behavior, or any other guild rule violation will generally result in your immediate removal from the guild.
• If you are experiencing problems with other members, please discuss it with an officer to make sure that they are aware an issue exists. Officers are there to help resolve issues and can often intervene to resolve the issue. NO MEMBERS SHOULD EVER FEEL like they are being harrassed because of age, gender, sexual orientation, and so on. Let an officer know as quick as you can.
• Officer decisions are final. There is no debate on this.
• Failure to comply with these rules can result in one of three things, you are given notice to correct the offense, you are demoted in status, or you are removed from the guild. We do not take banning players lightly, however, in certain circumstances it is warranted.
