Shadow Panther - This is considered THE resource for Rogues, shadowpanther has detailed spreadsheets with all gear that you can browse online or download. Covers builds, gems, glyphs, food, everything for both PvE and PvP.
WoW Loot Tables for Rogues - Make sure you know what boss drops what loot before you show up.
Elitist Jerks - Rogue Discussions - Elitist Jerks is web forum for theory crafting and general thought/debate about classes. This link will take you to the entry point, pick the thread you need from there. Unlike the Blizzard Official forums, they don't allow just anyone to post so the 'noise' is kept to a minimum. This is the place to go for a 'deep dive' discussion of class mechanics.
